StatPhorge ("StatPhorge," "we," "us," or "our") operates statphorge.com (the "Service"), a sports analytics platform that provides statistical models, projected lines, and related commentary for NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NCAAB, and MLB games. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

StatPhorge does not accept wagers, process bets, or act as a bookmaker in any capacity. We provide statistical analysis and projections for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes a guarantee of any outcome, and past model performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers placed with a licensed third-party sportsbook.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you intend to use information from this Service in connection with sports wagering, you are solely responsible for confirming you meet the minimum legal age and are located in a jurisdiction where such wagering is legal — these requirements vary by state/province and can be 18 or 21+ depending on where you are. StatPhorge does not verify your location or eligibility to wager and disclaims all responsibility for unlawful use of the Service.

Paid tiers (Pro and Elite) are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatPhorge and its owners/operators are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to sports wagering decisions informed by content on this Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
